…is a blog run by @Luigimaker about video games. I’ve always had far too much free time, and always have spent a good chunk of it both playing video games and following discussion of them. With tens of thousands of hours of experience comes an appreciation of what a game does differently to its peers, of game design and balance that forces a certain experience, of the inherent subjectivity in each persons experience, and a fairly good knowledge of which topics have already been discussed to death.
I have the most experience in action oriented games of all sorts but I am looking to get into more strategic style games.
I share my thoughts on individual games in “reviews”, which will be focused on what I found most noteworthy in any given game rather than an overall assessment, and I talk about or have a look at more general video game subjects in “articles”.
